Why He Can Win It: Because as Rogers proved against USC, when he's good, he’s as good as anyone in the country. He’s certainly not big, but that doesn’t seem to matter. The guy is lightning-quick in space and a whole lot stronger than you might think. Look for a huge season from him in 2009.
Why He Can’t Win It: Because he plays at Oregon State. Barring another upset of USC, where’s the buzz going to come from?
