
Inevitable. It was simply inevitable.
The Georgia Bulldogs threw everything they had at Alabama on Saturday night in Atlanta. They played with passion on defense. They were crafty on offense. They were opportunistic on special teams.
The Dawgs played with heart, and they played with passion, and for a while there, they had the mighty Crimson Tide on the ropes.
But it wasn't enough. Inevitably, it wasn't enough.
Because in the end, once gain, it was the Tide who came through in the clutch. And once again, it was the great Nick Saban who came out on top.
