Readers Respond: Your Opinion: Who Will Win the SEC in 2009?

Yeah, LSU is pretty good. ‘Bama, too. Ole Miss could be in for a breakout season, and Georgia is always talented under Mark Richt.

Still, does anyone really think any of those squads have a decent shot of challenging the Gators for the SEC title? Well, if you’ve read in my 2009 SEC Preview, you know I certainly don’t.

But what do you think?

I THINK FLORIDA WILL WIN IT AGAIN CUZ OF THEY defense and bama offense had have so bad games but i think florida take it all

I believe Alabama will win it. I'm anticipating Tebow to get hurt in the beginning of the game and be out. Rolando McClain has already said he wants a piece of Tebow, I'd be scared to have McClain coming after me! Plus Bama will be pumped, they want revenge from last year's game and they are doing very well the last few games. Looks like McElroy is becoming a consistent qb, finally. RTR!

I'm Not Sure...Not Making any Bets.

Alabama has been kicking field goals all year, I honestly don't think that florida is even going to allow them to get to the goal enough for the field goals to matter. Alabama has about a 7/10 offense, and a 12/10 defense. Florida has about a 12/10 defense and a 7/10 offense. It's going to be close folks, But you never know.

the only two people who can win is either 2 alabama or 1 florida. Alabama is more consistent, but if both have a good game, Florida will win in a close game.

With Tebo hurt and Florida showing some weakness on offense I think Bama will win it all.

I just have one thing to say even with a losing 08 season this state was happy to lose NUTT! After all he is a grown man that was fighting with a 18 year old kid in the national spot light

this might well be the worst sec breakdown i have seen this pre-season. To say that bobby petrino is an afterthough in the sec is absolutely ignorant. Also, lsu will not and i mean NOT win the sec west with marginal qb talent and a joke for a coach. yea florida is a far and away winner but, after that, your predictions are terrible. vandy ahead of Arkansas, thats pathetic.
