The Davey O'Brien Award

Oklahoma's Jason White won back-to-back Davey O'Brien Awards in 2003 and 2004.

Since 1981, the Davey O’Brien Foundation has given the Davey O'Brien Award to the best quarterback in college football.

The award is named for Davey O'Brien, a star quarterback at TCU who in 1938 became the first player in college football history to win the Heisman Trophy, Maxwell Award and Walter Camp Award in the same year.
