Well, folks, I'll start with this: I traveled to Baton Rouge this past weekend for the LSU-South Carolina game.
And, yes, everything you've ever heard about Tiger Stadium is true.
Death Valley is, without question, the single loudest stadium I've ever set foot in. The atmosphere on Saturday night was absolutely out of this world, and if my LSU hosts were to be believed, that's pretty much always the way things are down in there Baton Rouge (for night games, at least). My advice to you, then, is simple.
If you love college football, do yourself a favor and see a game at LSU. It will be well worth the effort.
