In at least one respect, college football's Week 1 was pretty darn fantastic: If nothing else, it marked the long-awaited return of college football.
But beyond that?
Well, Week 1 was kind of a bummer. Notre Dame-Navy was over by halftime, Alabama-Michigan was over before kickoff, and outside of Northwestern-Syracuse, there really wasn't much in the way of "drama."
Which, of course, is simply not acceptable. College football is built on drama, after all.
But will the drama return in Week 2?
